So here we are, two days into January, and like I mentioned yesterday, I don’t really make resolutions because I have a tough time keeping them. Yesterday I read about the “My 500 Words Challenge” - a challenge for the month of January, to write 500 words each day. It can be for a book, a blog, anything - just not email.
So here it comes - my big announcement.
I am using the My 500 Words challenge to work on a book that God has placed on my heart. I have had the title, the theme, and the ideas for putting it all together for a long time now. And now, with this challenge, I have the final push I need to actually spend time on it.
I have absolutely no idea if it will take the whole month of January, or if it will take longer than that, but writing at least 500 words toward it each day will certainly go far in helping me complete it.
